Process Displays rebranded as PD

Minneapolis, MN (March 23, 2011) – Process Displays, a 70-year-old leader in
instore visual merchandising for national brands and retailers, has announced a rebranding initiative and name change.  Effective immediately, Process Displays will be known as “PD.”

As part of the initiative, PD has formally established two
core service divisions – PD Tempo™ and PD Solid™.  The PD Tempo team will manage services related to temporary displays and seasonal visual merchandising, while the PD Solid group will support clients with permanent store fixtures and semi-permanent solutions.

“We’ve simply outgrown our name in its literal meaning,” says Peter Strommen, PD’s president.  “Our service offerings, coupled with the needs of a diverging retail industry, have expanded well beyond what we first offered back when the company was established by our grandfather.”

However, according to Strommen, there are many things that have not changed with this family-owned and operated business.  “We continue to cherish our longstanding relationships with some of the nation’s most respected brands and retailers,” he says. “By maximizing the retail environment, we’ve been able to help these clients form a unique connection with their shoppers that they can’t find with many other instore partners.”

Some brands/retailers utilizing PD’s expertise include RadioShack, Reebok, Garmin, Disney, Under Armour, Lego, Best Buy and many others.  In addition to leveraging PD’s temporary displays and fixtures, many of these brands take advantage of PD’s DesignLab and its high-security fulfillment center.
